1. (a)  Explain who is a web Master? What are working and

           essential functions of a web Master? Also describe the

           essential qualification?

      (b) Give a brief account of Cyber Laws in India?

2.              What is HTML form? How will you create it? Explain how data

           Can be sent, decoded and used form it? Also explain the       

           difference between GET and POST option.

3. (a)   How a table is defined in HTML? Write HTML code for to

            defining a simple table of three rows and three columns 

             from top bottom?         

     (b)    Describe formatting of a text in HTML document?

4. (a)    Explain the role of Transition and filters in DHTML?

     (b)    Explain how will you use animation and graphics while

        development of a web site?
    

5. (a)    Explain important features of JAVA Language?

     (b)   Give a brief introduction and characteristic of VB script?

6.            Explain the following :

     (a).   Linking HTML and XML document.

     (b).   Events in JAVA script.

     (c).   Meaning of Cascading.

7. (a).   What are application areas of XML?

     (b).   What is PERL? How it deals with scalar data and operation?

             Also write with example how it deals with list and arrays?
